A. Pricing and Profitability
Why is your Strategic Audit paid ($99)?
It’s a guarantee of commitment and the valuation of my expertise. You are not paying for a sales attempt. The audit represents real work: analysis of your goals, market, and communication.This $99 is fully credited toward your first pack: you won't pay it if you decide to proceed.
Does the $250 Pack (Simple Visuals) include complex, hand-drawn illustrations?
No. The Quick Visuals Pack is a fast execution service, strictly limited to 4 hours of effective work. Complex illustrations, artisanal logos, or high-end artwork require a Custom Quote.
Why is the Planning Pack priced at $450?
It covers more than just visuals; it includes strategy and planning. The price covers the time spent on analysis and creating the Mini-Action Plan, saving you estimated hours of costly trial and error.
What happens if the project exceeds the time included in the pack?
I will notify you in advance. Any work beyond the Pack's scope or time limit will be invoiced at the hourly rate of $70/h or will require a supplemental quote. Your budget is protected by this transparency.
What are the payment terms for the Packs?
For fixed-price Packs ($250, $450), full payment is required upon order. For higher-value forfaits (Monthly, Identity) and Custom Quotes, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project.
Are your fees subject to VAT/Sales Tax?
My fees are stated as TTC (Tax Included). As an Individual Entrepreneur in France, I am exempt from VAT under French tax law (Art. 293 B of the CGI), which will be noted on your invoice.
Will I pay anything before validation?
No. The first form is free.
You only pay if your request is validated and matches the chosen package.
B. Process and Delegation
How does the Audit work without a 90-minute video call?
The Audit is a deliverable, not a time-consuming meeting. I dedicate 90 minutes of focused analysis to your file and send a detailed roadmap (PDF) that you can consume at your own pace.
What does a "ready-to-use" visual asset mean?
It is a final high-resolution file (PNG, PDF HD) verified for format, aligned with your strategy, and ready for immediate use by your team without any additional technical manipulation.
I don't have a graphic charter. Is that a problem?
No, but the Authentic Visual Identity Pack is the ideal solution. If you order a Visuals Pack, I will base the work on existing supports, but for maximum coherence, the Identity Pack is the recommended next step.
Are the templates (Canva, etc.) truly easy to use?
Yes. These templates are created to be modified without any graphic design skills. You can change text and photos while retaining the coherence of your Authentic Visual Identity.
What if a visual deliverable contains an error or defect?
Every pack includes a feedback and adjustment phase before final delivery. If the final file is unusable due to a manufacturing defect on my part, the correction will be made free of charge.
I bought a visual, can I use it for anything?
No. Usage is defined by the Commercial License. Your pack grants simple usage rights (web, non-mass print). For unlimited usage, complex logos, or mass reproduction, a Commercial Licensing Quote is mandatory.
What is the delivery time for the Website Blueprint Pack?
After order validation, the delivery of the final Blueprint (the strategic document) generally takes 15 business days. This time is necessary for the complete strategic analysis, copywriting, and custom design kit creation.
Is any support included during the assembly phase?
The Blueprint is an autonomy solution (DIY). The price covers the strategic deliverable. Technical support for the assembly on your platform is the Client's responsibility.
What if my site is more complex than the 5-page limit?
If your project requires complex features (e-commerce, custom API integration), please contact me first. The $1,200 price covers simple site architecture. Any work exceeding the 5-page limit or requiring complex functionality will require a separate quote.
Can I keep the audit if I don’t continue?
Yes. The audit is yours and can guide your future actions.
