How the Process Works (Clear & Transparent)
I follow a simple process so you know exactly what happens at each step.
1. Fill out the initial request form
This short form allows me to:
understand your needs,
check that your request fits the chosen offer,
confirm feasibility before any payment.
This ensures you don’t pay for an unsuitable service.
2. Receive a clear, structured email
You’ll get an email with:
what the audit or offer includes,
the process steps,
timelines,
the exact price.
Everything is transparent before you move to the next step: the audit payment ($99).
The payment:
validates your project,
gives you access to the full form to provide detailed information,
is deducted from the final pack price if approved after the audit.
⚠️ Exception: Complex art projects (complex logos, illustrations, licenses, custom creations) do not require an audit payment. These use the “art quote” form, and a free quote is provided after submission.
3. Access the full form
Once payment is confirmed:
you automatically get access to the full form,
this allows me to collect all detailed information needed for a precise audit.
The depth of the audit depends on the chosen offer.
4. Audit or project execution
Once the full form is submitted, I start the audit.
Three outcomes are possible:
Pack is suitable → link to pay full or partial pack price (250 €, 350 €, etc.).
Pack is not suitable → request too complex, out of scope, or a better solution is recommended.
Client chooses another option → pick a different offer or cancel. Audit is non-refundable.
5. Delivery of results or final files
Final invoice payment if split payment applies.
Deliverables provided in agreed formats according to the chosen offer.
6. Adjustments (if included)
Some services include revisions or support. All details are specified in advance.

This process applies to all offers except complex art projects, which do not require an audit.
A free quote is provided after submission via the specific form.
